Update: Traditional healer’s alleged murderers to appear in court again

The suspects in the murder of a traditional healer will appear in court on Monday, October 8.

The murder was committed in a homestead in the Esqhingini area of Emmaus, Bergville.

The two suspects requested to consult with the known traditional healer, whom they had allegedly consulted in the past, and were allowed to enter the healer’s home.

Later in the day, family of the healer discovered her lifeless body.

They immediately called police and a manhunt for the suspects began. Police pounced on the alleged killers in the Wembezi area when they least expected it.
