Good food, stalls and games saw the Monument Primary School grounds packed with people as Môrester Children’s Home hosted their annual fête on Saturday.

There were tons of games for the little ones, including crazy bikes, jumping castles and even a climbing wall.

The adults went from stall to stall in search of bargains and enjoyed the various performances such as the choirs, Hamilton Marimba Band and Andante’s drum majorettes.

Other activities included soccer for the children and lots of fun rides for the kiddies to go on.

The fête-goers enjoyed a fun-filled Saturday outing, snacking on tasty treats and socialising with family and friends on a sunny winter’s morning to add to the festive atmosphere!

The school grounds were abuzz with activity throughout the day, with people coming and going and children running all over the place as they enjoyed all the fun activities that were on offer.

The aroma of great food, braai vleis and popcorn filled the morning air at the school, and the sound of buzzing children’s toys and laughter was the order of the day.
