Ladysmith deputy mayor supports school for 4 years

Grade R teacher Aunty Retha bids farewell to Mrs Hadebe and proud little Awande

Edukidz bade farewell to its Grade R learners in a special graduation ceremony last week.

The proud learners were kitted out in graduation outfits and participated enthusiastically in their ceremony.

Edukidz got to know one little boy and his family for a whole year longer than any other Grade R learner.

Awande Hadebe and his mom, who also happens to be our deputy mayor, have been loyal supporters of Edukidz for four years.

“A very big thank you goes to all our parents who have supported Edukidz.”

Without the support of parents and the presence of the children, a school is simply an empty building.
