Feeding those in dire need in Ladysmith area, both spiritually and nutritionally

The building power of love and the desire to empower souls with the tools of amazing grace is at the heart of Evangelist Matthew Lee.

So passionate is this man of God that his drive to equip people in their purpose and his zeal to uplift knows no boundaries or limitations. This was clearly evident in his campaign on Tuesday last week at Juana Maria Old Age Home.

This outreach saw souls being fed with the word of hope as well as nutrition.

Co-ordinator Mr K Bihaspat put together a dynamic programme which included Feet of Fate Worship Dancers rendering musical items, the Youth performing songs of worship, Pastor Debbie Kally and Donna Iyer praying for the elderly, and thereafter the team socially interacting.

The same driven team then visited a crèche in Watersmeet on Thursday, which entailed Mr K Bihaspat sharing a word on the “phases of faith”, which emphasised that there are two options in life – either to pray continually or lose heart. It was said that: You will always be doing one or the other.

If you pray continually, you will not be discouraged. If you do not pray continually, you lose heart. You will get discouraged by the problems you are facing in your life, whether it be work-related, family-related or school-related. Just keep praying!

Mr and Mrs Lee from the Royal Hotel need to be thanked and appreciated for providing the meals during the community feeding schemes.

Project Cornerstone is focused on community building.

Gearing people to understand their purpose and fulfil their destiny is the pulse in this heartbeat.

This 326th programme for the team is also about showing the love, life and hope in Jesus Christ.

The team does not wish to create a spotlight on themselves, but the vision is to glorify the love of Christ in them that motivates and propels them to reach out and be a hand and beacon to those who feel lost and forgotten.
